What's Up

If you got this far you probably already got the idea that I'm an artist...but in case you didn't, I'm an Artist.

I deeply appreciate you considering me for commission work. You can contact me at any of the given socials here, and hopefully we'll be working together soon (smiley face).

Terms of Service

READ EACH OF THE TERMS VERY THOUROUGHLY, these will be the conditions under which You (the patron) and I (the artist) will operate. The moment you provide the payment for this commission, you also agree to the Terms of Services that I have set out below. If you have any questions about said terms, you have the ability to bring it to my attention before the payment is sent through. And don't let these terms give you the wrong idea. Even though they may seem daunting, the actual commission process and talking will be much more chill, relaxed, and relatively flexible. Nevertheless, make sure you read them all.

Me, as the Artist,

- I WILL NOT claim copyright ownership over any characters or other Intellectual Properties that are subject to the commission.- I WILL, however, maintain copyright ownership over the commissioned piece itself.- I WILL maintain the ability to cancel the commission and issue a refund whenever I deem it a necessary action (see the payment/refund policy below for more info).- I WILL maintain the ability to upload and share the piece on any website or social media on my own **with the express consent of the patron ** ( patrons also reserve the right to choose which websites cannot be used, so long as they state that choice prior to my publishing of the piece on said website or sites )-Beyond this, I WILL NOT be able to gain any further monetary profits from this piece so long as the Terms and Conditions are upheld by both parties (Artist and Patron).

You, as the Patron (Buyer),

- YOU DO NOT own copyright over the commission piece, and as such, YOU WILL NOT have the ability to utilize this piece for commercial use nor any other use that results in the acquisition of direct monetary profits from this piece by any means, be it physical redistribution, resale, or the like.- However,YOU WILL maintain the ownership of the intellectual properties that are present in the commissioned piece so long as you owned those intellectual properties prior to the commission.- YOU WILL NOT have the ability to perform alterations to the commissioned artwork unless you have the express consent of the artist (me) to do so in the particular way that is agreed upon.- YOU WILL have the ability to upload and/or share this commissioned piece on any website or social media, provided that it does not infract (break) the terms that prohibit direct monetary profiting from the piece.

Additional Terms/Information

__**Payment/Refund Policy:__All payments are due upfront will be done through Paypal. The art process begins once the payment goes through. You may put in a request for a refund at any point up until the completion of the first sketch. After that, any refund requests will be rejected. As stated in the terms above, I can cancel the commission and issue a refund whenever I deem it must be done. Some examples of these kinds of scenarios may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- I feel that I am incapable of completing the piece to the satisfaction of the Patron
- A real life situation prevents me from being able to complete the piece within a reasonable time frame
- The patron has broken any of the terms
All prices provided in the "Commissions" section are the base prices and are not subject to negotiation below that given minimumCertain elements that are deemed complex or otherwise more taxing on the completion time may receive an extra charge, but the prices for said elements are completely negotiable and will be brought up during discussionAlso, in regards to multiple characters, if it is something you are interested in then let me know about the details and we can negotiate a price from there. If there are any major changes requested when the piece is near or at completion, it may come at an extra cost depending on the degree of change and stage of the piece. Payment for such a change is to be done prior to the change being completed, if payment is considered necessary in the first place.A final price calculation will look something like:
Price of Commission Type + Agreed-Upon Price of Background (if applicable) + Agreed-Upon Price of any Extra Elements (if applicable)
and beyond this, any potential costs for late changes (as stated above) will be made as separate payments.__**General Rules:
__1. Be Polite: This should go without saying, but I'm not going to do a commission for someone who's going to be impolite, hostile, or otherwise unable to cooperate2. ABSOLUTELY NO NSFW: I will not be creating NSFW works of any degree, so don't even ask, and definitely don't provide any NSFW reference materials3. Don't Rush: Even though I don't have a time limit, I will always try to get these pieces done as fast as I can, but there's always a possibility of things coming up that can slow down the process. I will always let you know if that is the case, and all I ask is that you please be understanding.
-You can request for an update on the piece at any point and I will provide one if I can.
4. Changes to the Piece: My main goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with the piece at all times, so I am always willing to make any changes you wish. That being said though, there are points where changes can and can't be easily made. Typically, as long as you request changes during the early stages, it shouldn't be an issue. But as stated in the payment/refund policy, changes made during later stages may cost extra.
to avoid this:
- Make sure everything you want in the piece is discussed during the planning period
- Let me know of any changes you'd like to see while the piece is in the early stages (like the sketch or colored stages)
- I will never continue onto the next stage until you give approval, so be completely sure you like how it's looking before giving the green light

Then, once the payment is completed, it's just down to getting the art done. I'll keep you updated throughout the process, and below I've given an example of what that process may look like (keep in mind that you can request to see the current state of the piece at any time).
